A headstone and base is the most common lawn memorial option with an upright headstone mounted on a granite base. This style offers the most design flexibility, with space for a longer inscription, symbols, a ceramic photograph and accessories such as a vase.
Sometimes called slant or bevel markers, these memorials are a small angled granite tablet that sits slightly raised from the ground. More visible than a flat plaque, these headstones also allow for more writing and sometimes an area for a vase.
A panel or plaque is a flat memorial installed on an existing monument. Available in granite, marble or bronze, each with its own character and suitability depending on the section and the family's preference.
